Once you enter your email address to sign up for our newsletter, you will receive a code for a discount for your first purchase immediately. If you’ve made a purchase in the past 3 days and would like to have a discount code applied, we can help you. Reach out to us at email@example.com. We offer exclusive access to purchase new products or in-demand products in advance of their availability. Estimated shipping dates are provided. Your credit card charge will be processed at the time you place a pre-order, and the item will be shipped to you when available on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you have a question about your pre-order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Please note: If your order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. In that case, please wait for your order to arrive, then follow the instructions for making an exchange or return here.
Kimseybert.com accepts Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover® credit cards. All transactions are made in U.S. Dollars.
Once your order has been placed, we will check inventory and process your order. Your credit card payment will be processed on the day we ship your order for the total amount due, including shipping/handling fees and any applicable sales tax. If your order includes any backorder items, we will notify you and will ship the item(s) when they become available (at no extra shipping and handling costs to you) or refund the overpayment at your request.
We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipping to New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Kansas, California, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Florida and Texas.
Pre-order items will ship as stock becomes available. If the projected date is delayed, you’ll receive an email and have an option to cancel the pre-order item, if desired.
Your credit card is charged for the full order total at the time you place your order, before it ships.
Yes, you can return items, provided they’re within the 21-day
return window from the date they shipped.
Typically, we ship items within 1-3 days from our North Carolina warehouse, and the carrier takes 2-5 days. The exception is sale periods or holidays, when it can take up to 7 days to ship from our warehouse.
All U.S. orders are shipped using UPS® Ground, UPS® 2nd Day, or UPS® Overnight, depending on the level of service you select when placing your order. Fees are as follows:
- Ground Fee: $14.99 - Free Ground Shipping on domestic orders over $100
- 2nd Day Fee: $100
- Overnight Shipping Fee: $120
All Expedited orders (2nd Day or Overnight) must be placed, and paid for, before 11 AM EST to ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship the following business day. If an item is pre-ordered, expedited shipping does not apply, as the item is currently not in stock. Any order over $1,000 requires a signature upon delivery.

For a pre-ordered item, you will receive a notification when it’s shipped or if there are unexpected delays—in which case you will have an option to cancel the order due to the delay.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not provide labels unless an item is damaged or defective. Please contact us if item(s) is damaged or defective.
All products listed in our Sale section are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once approved, all orders are refunded the full value including taxes within the United States, except for the cost of shipping. Please be aware that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
We unfortunately are not able to gift wrap, but you can add a gift note at checkout under the “Notes” section.
At the moment we do not offer gift cards.
Yes, we host sample sales and seasonal discounts on select items. Some designs sell out each season—not all items go on sale. Be sure to sign up for e-mail updates to be notified, and for early access to sales!
While a product may be in your cart, items are not guaranteed yours until you have completed the checkout process.
We cannot combine multiple sample sale orders once placed. Please double-check details, including your address, when you are checking out. We offer free shipping for orders of $100 or more in the continental U.S.
However, please note if you place multiple (separate) orders during the sample sale period, we cannot combine them and you will be charged a shipping fee of $14.99 for each order placed.

- Why does Kim Seybert including this warning on their products?
We are providing Prop 65 warning labels to inform consumers that the product contains chemicals known to the State of California’s Prop 65 list to contain cancer and reproductive harm. It does not mean that a product is unsafe. All Kim Seybert products meet or exceed the requirements of applicable product performance and safety industry standards, as well as the federal Safe Drinking Water Act. The label simply ensures that Kim Seybert Inc is in compliance with the State of California’s Prop 65 law for warning label requirements.
- What is California Proposition 65?
In 1986, California voters approved the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act (known as "Proposition 65"). Proposition 65 is a "Right to Know" statute; its purpose is to make sure people are aware, before they purchase, that the product they come into contact with contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. The statute requires a warning label even if the amount of the chemical is miniscule.
The State of California has listed over 900 chemicals that must be disclosed under Prop 65. The list, which is updated annually, includes a wide variety of chemicals that can be found in many consumer products, such as kitchen utensils, footwear and handbags, exercise equipment, photo and scrapbook albums, luggage, and many other products (even foods and beverages).

- Why is this included on my product if I don't live in California?
Kim Seybert Inc. products are sold worldwide. It would be considerably complex to determine which products will be ultimately sold or brought into California. Therefore, to ensure compliance with Proposition 65 requirements, we have decided to include these labels on applicable products, regardless of where they might be purchased or sold.
