Placing an Order
While it’s not required to set up an account on kimseybert.com, we
strongly encourage customers to create one for easy access to:
- Purchase history
- Account activity
- Shipping status
- Request returns or exchanges
- Save billing and shipping information securely stored for quick checkout

Once you enter your email address to sign up for our newsletter, you will receive a code for a discount for your first purchase immediately. If you’ve made a purchase in the past 3 days and would like to have a discount code applied, we can help you. Reach out to us at web@kimseybert.com. Please note that the discount does not apply to sale items.
We offer exclusive access to purchase new products or in-demand products in advance of their availability. Estimated shipping dates are provided. Your credit card charge will be processed at the time you place a pre-order, and the item will be shipped to you when available on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you have a question about your pre-order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please email us at web@kimseybert.com or call 1-877-564-7850 (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm ET) as soon as possible. Please note: If your order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. In that case, please wait for your order to arrive, then follow the instructions for making an exchange or return here.
Payment
Kimseybert.com accepts Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover® credit cards. All transactions are made in U.S. Dollars.
Once your order has been placed, we will check inventory and process your order. Your credit card payment will be processed on the day we ship your order for the total amount due, including shipping/handling fees and any applicable sales tax. If your order includes any backorder items, we will notify you and will ship the item(s) when they become available (at no extra shipping and handling costs to you) or refund the overpayment at your request.
We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipping to New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Kansas, California, Texas, Florida, Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Washington State, and Illinois.
Pre-order
Pre-order items will ship as stock becomes available. If the projected date is delayed, you’ll receive an email and have an option to cancel the pre-order item, if desired.
Your credit card is charged for the full order total at the time you place your order, before it ships.
Yes, you can return items, provided they’re within the 21-day
return window from the date they shipped.
Shipping
Typically, we ship items within 1-3 days from our North Carolina warehouse, and the carrier takes 2-5 days. The exception is sale periods or holidays, when it can take up to 7 days to ship from our warehouse.
All U.S. orders are shipped using UPS® Ground, UPS® 2nd Day, or UPS® Overnight, depending on the level of service you select when placing your order. Fees are as follows:
- Ground Fee: $14.99 - Free Ground Shipping on domestic orders over $100
- 2nd Day Fee: $100
- Overnight Shipping Fee: $120
All Expedited orders (2nd Day or Overnight) must be placed, and paid for, before 11 AM EST to ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship the following business day. If an item is pre-ordered, expedited shipping does not apply, as the item is currently not in stock. Any order over $1,000 requires a signature upon delivery.
Tracking numbers are automatically sent to you via email or enter you track order here.
For a pre-ordered item, you will receive a notification when it’s shipped or if there are unexpected delays—in which case you will have an option to cancel the order due to the delay.
We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.
To add Route Shipping Protection to your order, simply select the "Route Shipping Protection" option during checkout. If you decide to opt out, shipping protection will not be available for your order.
Please note that the package protection is only available for orders up to $5,000.

Transit times are as follows: 2nd day shipping takes 2 business days, overnight shipping takes 1 business day, and ground shipping takes 1-6 business days depending on your location.
Please note that we currently only offer DHL delivery for all international shipments. Additionally, Kim Seybert, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any customs delays or returns.
For guaranteed delivery by Thanksgiving, orders must be placed on:
Tuesday, November 19th by 9 AM EST for UPS Ground Service
Monday, November 25th by noon EST for UPS 2 Day Select
Tuesday, November 26th by noon EST for UPS Next Day Air
For guaranteed delivery by Christmas, orders must be placed on:
Monday, December 16th by 9 AM EST for UPS Ground Service
Friday, December 20th by noon EST for UPS 2 Day Select
Monday, December 23rd by noon EST for UPS Next Day Air
For guaranteed delivery by New Years Eve, orders must be placed on:
Monday, December 23rd by 9 AM EST for UPS Ground Service

Please note that due to the busy holiday season, carrier delays may occur beyond our control. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers. We recommend placing orders early to allow for potential shipping and transit delays.
Please also note that our warehouse will be closed on December 25th for Christmas and from January 1st to 10th for inventory purposes. During this period, orders will not be processed or shipped. Shipping will resume on January 13th, 2025.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not typically offer direct exchanges. For a faster and more efficient process, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order for the desired product on our website. This allows us to ensure the availability of your preferred items and streamline the transaction.
We guarantee the quality of our products, and are happy to accept any returns within 21 days from the date of delivery, provided the items are unused and in the original packaging. More about that here. Simply request a return at http://returns.kimseybert.com/.
We do not provide labels unless an item is damaged or defective. Please contact us if item(s) is damaged or defective.
All products listed in our Sale section are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once approved, all orders are refunded the full value including taxes within the United States, except for the cost of shipping. Please be aware that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Sales & Promotions
All products listed in our Sale section are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Promotion cannot be combined with any other discount or applied to previous orders.
All items in our Sale section are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Due to the volume of orders, please allow 7 business days for your order to ship and an additional 3-4 days for delivery for domestic orders.
Please also note that our warehouse will be closed on December 25th for Christmas and from January 1st to 10th for inventory purposes. During this period, orders will not be processed or shipped. Shipping will resume on January 13th, 2025.
Gift Orders
We unfortunately are not able to gift wrap, but you can add a gift note at checkout under the “Notes” section.
At the moment we do not offer gift cards.
PROPOSITION 65

- Why does Kim Seybert including this warning on their products?
We are providing Prop 65 warning labels to inform consumers that the product contains chemicals known to the State of California’s Prop 65 list to contain cancer and reproductive harm. It does not mean that a product is unsafe. All Kim Seybert products meet or exceed the requirements of applicable product performance and safety industry standards, as well as the federal Safe Drinking Water Act. The label simply ensures that Kim Seybert Inc is in compliance with the State of California’s Prop 65 law for warning label requirements.
- What is California Proposition 65?
In 1986, California voters approved the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act (known as "Proposition 65"). Proposition 65 is a "Right to Know" statute; its purpose is to make sure people are aware, before they purchase, that the product they come into contact with contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. The statute requires a warning label even if the amount of the chemical is miniscule.
The State of California has listed over 900 chemicals that must be disclosed under Prop 65. The list, which is updated annually, includes a wide variety of chemicals that can be found in many consumer products, such as kitchen utensils, footwear and handbags, exercise equipment, photo and scrapbook albums, luggage, and many other products (even foods and beverages).
- Where can I find out more information?

- Why is this included on my product if I don't live in California?
Kim Seybert Inc. products are sold worldwide. It would be considerably complex to determine which products will be ultimately sold or brought into California. Therefore, to ensure compliance with Proposition 65 requirements, we have decided to include these labels on applicable products, regardless of where they might be purchased or sold.
