Sample sale starts on October 21, 2025 at 10AM EASTERN TIME.
All Sample sale items purchased are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged or combined with other promotions. Products are subject to slight imperfections, variations of colors or loose and missing beads. Buyer assumes all responsibility and by purchasing, agrees that the item is as described. While a product may be in your cart, items are not guaranteed yours until you have completed the checkout process.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be combined with any other orders to qualify for free shipping. Each order is processed individually, and shipping fees will apply accordingly. If an individual order does not meet the $100 requirement for free delivery, you’ll be charged a shipping fee for each order.
Please note that price adjustments are not available for previous orders. The discounted prices during the sample sale apply solely for the duration of the sale and cannot be retroactively applied to past purchases.

We offer free shipping for orders of $100 or more in the continental U.S. However, please note if you place multiple (separate) orders during the sample sale period, we cannot combine them and you will be charged a shipping fee of $14.99 for each order placed.
Can I Make Changes to My Sample Sale Order?
We cannot make any modifications once your order is placed. Please double-check all the details, including your address, when you are checking out.
When Will I Receive My Sample Sale Order?
Due to high volume of sales during this period, please allow 5 business days for your order to ship and an additional 3-5 days for delivery.
Can I get a price adjustment if I purchased items at full price before the sample sale?
No, price adjustments will not be made to previous orders. The prices during the sample sale are for the duration of the sale only.
