All Sample sale items purchased are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or combined with other promotions. Products are subject to imperfections, variations of colors, or loose and missing beads. Buyer assumes all responsibility and by purchasing, agrees that the item is as described. Price adjustments will not be made to previous orders.     

• What time does the sample sale start? 

The sample sale starts May 14, 2023 at 12 PM EASTERN TIME. 

• An Item Went Out of Stock While I Was Shopping

While a product may be in your cart, items are not guaranteed yours until you have completed the checkout process.

• Can I Combine Various Sample Sale Orders? 

We cannot combine multiple sample sale orders once placed. Please double-check details, including your address, when you are checking out. We offer free shipping for orders of $100 or more in the continental U.S. However, please note if you place multiple (separate) orders during the sample sale period, we cannot combine them and you will be charged a shipping fee of $14.99 for each order placed. 

• Can I Make Changes to My Sample Sale Order?

We cannot make any modifications once your order is placed. Please double-check all the details, including your address, when you are checking out.  

 

• When Will I Receive My Sample Sale Order?

Due to high volume of sales during this period, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship and an additional 3-7 days for delivery. 

• Can I get a price adjustment if I purchased items at full price before the sample sale?

No, price adjustments will not be made to previous orders. The prices during the sample sale are for the duration of the sale only.
