Round Placemats

A round table asks for a different kind of setting. Round placemats follow the curve of the table instead of fighting it, giving every place setting room to breathe and letting the centerpiece stay the anchor.

Kim Seybert round placemats are handcrafted in the materials the house is known for: intricate beadwork, luminous shell, woven naturals and wood. Each is finished by hand, so what arrives is a unique round placemat rather than a generic circle of jute or cork.

Choose sets of four for everyday dining, or sets of two, boxed, when the placemats are the gift. Colors run from ivory, white and natural through navy, green, silver and gold, so a table can shift with the season without starting over. Many styles are easycare and wipe clean, which matters on a table that actually gets used.

From a weekday lunch to a bridal shower or a holiday table, these are round placemats made to be used, not stored. If you are weighing round against rectangular, or working out how many a round table comfortably seats, our guide to choosing placemats for a round table covers it.
